In 1998, Lynnette and her former husband purchased the beautiful home known as the "Osborn House", a private home owned by the same family since 1914. A labor of love converted the home to a welcoming Inn that opened four months later in March, 1999. In 2002 when Lynnette found herself running the Inn by herself, it was serendipity that she and friend David reacquainted. David, over twenty years in the corporate world was ready for a lifestyle change. The timing was perfect. Katie Arthur has been with the Inn since opening and is now Assistant Innkeeper. She is the one responsible for homemade English muffins and many of the evening's homemade desserts. The Inn office is open from 6:30AM until 8PM, with one of the innkeepers available by cell phone.
